The lady who cut my hair, I believe her name was Vivian, was very sweet and personable. She also listened to what I wanted and did not try to do her own thing which was much appreciated. However, I have a 9 because the other girl working that night did not create a welcoming nor friendly environment, and was even a bit hostile. I have only ever been to sportclips one other time at a different location years ago and so I am not familiar with the sign in process. She was very annoyed by that and did not hold back in showing it.
Staffs always friendly, they care and take pride in their work, and they always do a great job cutting/ washing my hair.

As usual, Tenaya gave me a great haircut. Although she moves to different locations, she's easy to get in touch with to find out which location she's at, and it's always well worth the drive.

The hot towels & massages were an incredible upgrade I choose. The tingly, I believe green tea, extract on my scalp was delightful. The haircut was well done by Day, incredible attention to detail & great pressure on the massages!
I have never had a stylist that is as competent and knowledgeable as Angie! From the first time I went to her for a haircut it became evident how experienced she is. My most recent visit required a somewhat different cut since I need to have my haircut look perfect in about 2 weeks, which is not my standard. I usually get a haircut every 4-6 weeks but this time, due to a special event, I needed a haircut that required some fine detail adjustments or, a “dusting”, as Angie called it. Angie came through with flying colors!
If you want a highly professional haircut and overall grooming service, ask for Angie…she always delivers!!

My previous haircut was performed at another unnamed (but you know who you are) Sport Clips location and left me looking like I had lost a bet. Thankfully, Helen came to the rescue, and made quick work of fixing the crime scene on my head. Only a little caution tape was required, not much.
Honestly, if my hair had a warranty, Helen honored it.
To the other Sport Clips: Let’s just say it's a good thing Helen had a shovel, a level, some cement, and an engineer to fix things.
To THIS Sport Clips: Helen is simply a rock star. Give her a raise, a tiara, and her own corner barber chair.
