The steam cloth along with the hair washing, that is the most relaxing part about getting my hair cut especially since I have lost so much hair! I used to go other places and less then 2 minutes they were done and out the door I hated it!

These products work best for my hair compared to other products you find in retail stores. They cost a little more, but they're worth it. The service is exceptional! I am always treated with respect and treated like a valued customer. Great service is hard to find these days. Stacey remembers me and how I like my hair, without looking at the notes they keep online. I come in about every 2 months. She always cuts my hair like I want it cut, which is also hard to find.
Katrina was great! I feel like the other stylist stacked her deck with the next client. It shouldn’t have taken her 15 minutes + to clean up and do whatever else she was doing. She waited for Katrina to finish with her previous client to take us, then took the next one immediately even though they still had a wait time of 20 minutes.
