I took my 2023 Nissan Rogue to have an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replaced. The service was excellent. I was greeted in a timely manner by Tony and he took the time to explain to me what was going to be done with my Rogue. I was then set in the waiting lounge near the front of the dealership. When my car was finished I was walked through what was done with it. My time spent at Don Franklin was stress free and comfortable.

Good customer service
The oil change department is very quick, reasonable priced and usually a short wait. the prices for vehicles are another thing altogether. Nothing cheap about there vehicles. and no negotion with the prices. finance charges are high too. New vehicles are way overpriced everywhere so I refuse to purchase a new vehicle from anyone
The service department is top notch. Their customer service goes that extra mile. If someone needs service done, I highly recommend Don Franklin Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep in Somerset. Those folks are the best around.
