The service rep whose name is Lyles he made a disvovery as suggested by the servicing mechanic. Who suggested i change both cabin and air filter. He showed me both filters were nasty

I have been a customer of Don Franklin Nissan since 2008 when it was Don Marshall Dodge/Jeep/Nissan when I purchased my first vehicle from them, a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I have nothing bad to say about either place. I recently purchased my 2024 Nissan Sentra SV from Don Franklin and was just as satisfied with this transaction as I was with my original transaction back in 2008. The service is great and Connor Brumley, my dealer representative, along with his boss Jonathan Owens did a spectacular job of walking me thru and looking at each vehicle and finally deciding on my current car with no pressure to look at things I didn't want to see. The financing part with Danny Young, was simple and straight forward with explanation of it all including some offers I decided to take them up on and some I didn't with absolutely no pressure to buy anything additional that I didn't want to buy. He did a wonderful job answering and explaining any questions I had on the additional benefits I chose along with the standard financing part thru Nissan. It was as simple a transaction as I could ever ask for and those 3 gentlemen made it a great experience for me and I will continue to use them when I need another new vehicle in the future and hopefully they'll all be there to help me then as they'll be the ones in insist on speaking and doing business with because more than anything I respect honesty and good business practices and all 3 gentleman are stand up guys that I respect. And thank you to all the employees of Don Franklin Nissan for all you do for the customers of Pulaski and the surrounding counties, we do appreciate having your business right hear in the heart of Somerset, Kentucky.
