Gary Lambert in the Dodge/Chrysler service at the Campbellsville location is what keeps us using Don Franklin. His customer service skills, care, integrity, dedication and efficiency put him well above others. As long as he is there, we will continue using. With so many options out there these days in the automotive world the treatment I receive will always be part of my consideration when utilizing a shop....the people truly make the experience.
