I had the worst experience is history in Columbia a few years back which included the owner hanging up on me when I asked about repairs that the service manager said would immediately fix my truck. They had it over two months and I ended up losing thousands because it was not fixed correctly and was unreliable as a result. Due to this experience, I will never purchase from a Don Franklin dealership again nor will my family.

Gary, the service manager, greeted me with compassion for my situation, and helped diagnose and fix my car in a timely manner. Other dealerships told me it would be a month before they even could run the codes. Gary was educated enough to know that the problem my vehicle was having was strictly an electrical issue, as my jeep does not have power steering parts. He updated the computer software on my vehicle and had my car back to me the same evening. My vehicle would have been sitting in a lot for a month or two for no reason just for them to find out it was a super easy fix. He advised me that my vehicle needed software updates frequently and to have them check every time I get an oil change. No one else had told me this before. I am so glad I reached out to this dealership! It saved me a lot of time and money (unecessary rental car I would have gotten).
