Several oil changes back I had an appointment for an oil change. Ok then a lady came in 20 min later. Then the service man came out to the lady and ask her if she wanted them to put in an air filter. She said yes. Ha came back out in a bit and told her she was ready to go. She gets up and pays and leaves. I sit there at least 10 more minutes before they come out to get me. I only had an oil change. Somehow I got left behind. My time is as valuable as the next person. I did appreciate being put behind !!

First, I must be clear: Every time I go to a dealership, I dread it. Shadow/balloon games with price, terms, preferred finance companies with stupid rates. All of it.
Now, I came ready for a whole day wasted playing those games, walking out disappointed or suspicious. To my complete shock, the price was good value. That got us in the door. We stayed because the other shoe never dropped. Tony was easy going and professional, and above all; honest. Signed. Next came the finance manager. ‘Here we go…’
She was amazing in guiding us to value and protecting our purchase. I expected a blitz: high pressure for useless add-ons to run up the price. Not today. I got experience, knowledge, and honest guidance. Other dealerships need to pay attention to this model. It works and will bring you life long customers. Cheers!
