Fast service. Would have liked to seen a checklist of the multipoint inspection. Show break wear, tire wear, etc instead of just being told “everything was fine”.

You get in when it is your appointment time and everything is done in a very reasonable time. All the Service Reps are very helpful and professional. I am always very pleased with the work and price that is why I drive 2.5 hrs to get my service work done at Don Franklin of Somerset.
