I specifically went to the Russell Springs dealership, as I had bad experiences at two other Don Franklin dealerships, Burkesville and Somerset.
Thus far, the Service Manager, Alve, and the sales person, Blake both have kept their promises. The overall purchase and service experiences have been what i expect.
Blake Miller did an excellent job. He understands the product he is selling, therefore he can recommend the vehicle the customer might want. I would call him a good company person, but at the same time looks out for his customers.
