I bought my new Jeep AT Don Franklin but I bought my new Jeep FROM Matt Neal. Working with Matt Neal was like buying a car from a lifelong friend who just happens to be in the car business. Matt made all these crazy promises like, "I'll do whatever it takes to earn your business" and "I promise this will be the fastest and easiest dealership visit ever." And then he went on to keep those promises! My questions were pretty basic and transactional but he always replied in a way that made me feel special. Always prompt, always concise, and always accurate. He also balanced his knowledge and professionalism with his wit and humor making him a joy to work with. While taking delivery of my new Jeep, my brother asked a very technical question that I expected Matt to have to research. He replied before my brother could finish speaking with the exact specifications to answer the question. I just enjoyed everything about the experience and hope others do too. I recommend Matt Neal to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and will definitely look him up when I am ready for mine.

I liked the way Matt Neal made me feel like a friend who was helping me out. It was like I had a buddy in the car business that I hadn’t spoken to in years and I just happened to call him up. He balanced his professionalism with his natural wit and humor. I was a pretty easy customer as I was already set on the car but he still seemed eager to win my business. My needs were basic and transactional but he still made it feel special. That is more gift than talent. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy their next car.
