I live in London Ky but drive all the way to monticello even for oil changes because your employees at that location are so nice and knowledgeable. The Corbin and Somerset location needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES.....they are rude and either lazy or dont know what they are doing. Id drive to lexington and buy from some big dealership down there before id buy from either the Corbin (which is the worst) or Somerset location, but in the Monticello dealership EVERY SINGLE employee tries hard to help and are genuinely nice folks.
Everyone is really nice and helpful and my vehicle was ready in a matter of minutes! I also thought the price was really fair!

What Matt or Dale tell you is exactly what they will do. There’s no waiting around for hours for deal to be done. I like that quick and easy. Salesman Justin was great to work with too. Tim and the service crew always does good job and takes great care of our vehicles. They are like family.
