You have an excellent service department. They explained everything about what they’re gonna have to do to your car. They do excellent work when they do a repair and keep you informed of the process. I drive a little ways to get to your service department, but it’s very well worth it. The service manager is very helpful. Explains everything and does an excellent job. I’ve been to a lot of Dodge Dealer repair shops, but the one in Monticello and the employees they have. There are just excellent. Don Franklin service is the only place I would take my Dodge.

We are treated by friendly, caring staff, who take our problems very serious. They go above and beyond what most service departments do.
