I'm thrilled to have my car running nright again. They couldn't find the problem on the first visit.
I went back, sat down with the service manager, Tim, and told him what else I tried , that didn't resolve the problem, coming to the conclusion, the computer is giving a false positive readout. Please take your time & give it another try ignoring the faulty sensor reading. They did, foud the problem, and I have my vehicle back at 100%.

Quick and reliable service

I went to the dealership to just look around, I'm not a spur of the moment customer so it does take time for me to decide anything. Prentice asked what we were looking for and interested in and we told him. He asked if we wanted to drive a vehicle and after driving I was interested to see the specifics. After looking at numbers we decided to trade to a new vehicle. We have bought several vehicles from the dealership and team of Prentice and Mary. Today, along with Prentice, Mary, and Dale the GM, they proved again to be very helpful. I believe I can ask questions and they do their best to help.
The only issue I have had has nothing to do with the dealership, the app that goes with the vehicle has not worked and the app help team has not been able to provide answers or help, so that is the complaint that I have at this time.
Other than the app issue, I am happy with the people and service that Don Franklin Monticello provided during my buying process.
