Service is good. It is difficult though to get 4 PM appointments online. I always have to call to be able to get a 4 o’clock appointment.
Also this last appointment I only requested an oil change, but they performed a tire rotation. That cost me an extra $20.
I had also requested my high brake light be checked but nothing was on my service report about that. So guessing it didn’t happen.

I love the quality, style and operating system of my Nissan Rogue 2021. The safety features, the online monitor of my “vehicle health” information and of course the customer service offered at time of purchase…..way to go Don Franklin!
James at the service desk is excellent. Just don’t think some of their mechanics are detail oriented enough.

Excellent customer service
We always go to Don Franklin. We have purchased 3 cars and a truck, and got great deals on all of them. The service department has decent prices, so getting oil changes and car services are not hard on the pocket. Even the waiting area is comfy. We will always return to Don Franklin for all our car needs!!

Honest upfront people
My service adviser First name removed Perkins is awesome. He takes care of my car and truck like they were his own. Offers the best advise on how to best service them and works me in the schedule asap. As long First name removed is there, I'll be there.
