Quick and friendly service
We had good service at Don Franklin in Bardstown, although when the vehicle was done we were not informed and I did not know it was finished until I went and asked about it. I have purchased several vehicles at Don Franklin dealerships and will continue to do so. It was difficult to get an appointment for an oil change in Bardstown and I had to wait 3 weeks to get in, making my scheduled service late. We recently moved from Somerset and I really liked working with the staff there. Since there are several Don Franklin dealerships in town, it was always very easy to get an appointment for exceptional service. Someone at the dealership in Bardstown told me on the phone that Don Franklin owned an oil change location in town. If so, that would make it easier for me to schedule my regular service.
