Service staff lady was outstanding. Shop was very clean. Waiting area was clean. I liked that my service lady could text on what stage the work was being done on my car. This was my first time getting my car serviced here. Service dept. was ready for my vehicle at the scheduled time. The time needed was a little less than anticipated. Friendly staff and clean waiting area. I will return if needed to this dealership.
Jen VanArsdale and the service team are amazing. Even with extremely busy schedules they listened to my concerns and did not stop until they found the reason causing the issue and were able to fix it. We use the service department for both maintenance and problems without hesitation because we feel like we can trust that the job will get done well.
