Santikos is always clean and nice looking, and the people are always thoughtful and attentive to you. I very much like the fact that Santikos gives to both their employees and to the local community. We will ALWAYS go to Santikos first if a movie is playing there. We even went during the harshest shutdowns from Covid, to see old movies like Jaws and Indiana Jones, just to give you business and buy a coke and popcorn-- (which we rarely do on a regular basis). Thank you for being such a wonderful business. Our world would be a better place if all businesses used your business model. :)

Very nice theater, clean and has just about everything you could want for entertainment. Your employees are also really awesome too.
The only thing is, I can't walk past the Cibolo front entrance without looking at the glass panels on the sign that almost crushed me. They still don't look safely mounted and I was told it would get taken care of. Please fix it so the panels will never fall and seriously injure someone else, it gives me major anxiety watching people walk under it knowing I could have died the night that heavy panel landed at my feet.

We go to Santikos Cibolo every week for a movie, pizza and popcorn. It's our thing! We like the courteous staff, self-serve soda and popcorn machines, and reclining seats. But we especially like the money we spend goes back into our community!

When you walk in, there are plenty of machines to get your tickets. The theater is extremely clean (even the bathrooms).

The amenities at the theater were great, arcade, bar, concessions. That made it a lot of fun while we were waiting. The ability to book the theater for a private screening was sooo much fun! Theater was clean quality was good and sounded great too!

The kiosks make buying a ticket user-friendly. The price for seniors is very considerate. The loyalty program saves us money on snacks. The auditorium is clean, the sound is sufficiently loud and clear, the screen is large, the projection is easy to see, the seats are comfortable.
