While it was a Thursday afternoon and not very busy, the staff was very attentive to my needs and treated me like my experience mattered. We appreciate it since we very much enjoy catching movies at the theatres.

I like a lot of things about Santikos. I like the comfortable, reclining seats. The food is good. I love the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. The movies picture and sound quality are great. I love the new self-serve popcorn machine, too. I also love five dollar Tuesdays. If I could improve one thing about Santikos, it would be added in a movie membership pass, like the AMC A-List. I would snap it up in a heartbeat.

Awesome customer service and clean environment
The courtesy extended when purchasing the tickets to the service at the snack stand. We did not receive a code for our food & I had to go down and ask for it. It was already in the bin, but I did not have a code. The young man asked for my receipt & I told him I had to go back to the theatre to retrieve it; however, he trusted me me enough to give me the food. I admire that young man! After I got back to theater 9, my phone dinged with the code.
I do wish that the popcorn would be served to us instead of self serve. Sometimes the popcorn is not fresh.
The atmosphere, the people, the cleanliness of the theater, and most importantly the staff! Oh, and you all give back to the community.
