The theater is close to my home and is playing all of the movies that are out. I think I have run into a issue twice in the last 6 months when my theater was not playing a movie.
Being able to refill my popcorn would make the experience a lot better.

I enjoyed the environment but didn’t appreciate that I couldn’t use a coupon for a free popcorn (sent by santikos via mail) because It was only valid and participating location (the coupon doesn’t specify it is valid at specific locations) I checked prior to using but the employee was still unwilling to take it. That seemed petty to me and Santikos needs to do a better job with their fine print on coupons. Other than that, clean theater, not too busy, nice employees overall.
