What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoyed the environment but didn’t appreciate that I couldn’t use a coupon for a free popcorn (sent by santikos via mail) because It was only valid and participating location (the coupon doesn’t specify it is valid at specific locations) I checked prior to using but the employee was still unwilling to take it. That seemed petty to me and Santikos needs to do a better job with their fine print on coupons. Other than that, clean theater, not too busy, nice employees overall.

I like to go the Santikos Galaxy which is closer to my home. However due to environment we usually go to Cibolo as the clientele is better at this location and the 25 min drive over the 10 minute drive is well worth ones piece of mind and comfort.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Love bringing my daughters here. Great experiences every time. The lines can be a bit long but they go by pretty quickly. The hand sanitizers and soap dispensers always seem to be out when I use them. Other than that, keep up the great work.
