The theaters are clean and well maintained. Staff members are friendly. The bathrooms are clean. I like the fact that Santikos uses profits for charities in San Antonio.

Overall the place is clean and runs fairly smooth, Seats are comfortable and the food has always been good, we have had the hotdogs, nachos, pizza and soft drinks food was warm and tasty. This is why we drive 45 mins to go to the Cibolo Santikos

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were friendly at the ticket counter when I didn’t really know what to see. I felt welcomed even though I was alone and didn’t feel out of place. I accidentally went to the wrong theater and staff kindly (without making me feel humiliated) helped me to the right theater. The self dispensing popcorn machine was awesome. The seats were comfortable. It was well worth the drive. I went 2 weeks in a row and appreciated the Christian documentaries and the Marvel movie mix. Even the concessions were great. The pizza was good. The cashiers were smiling and made me smile. It was a joy to be there at the end of a long workday.
