No lines except for food
I love the comfort of the recliners inside the movie theatre. Please do fix the ticket kiosk only one was working. Someone needs to be on top of this. If the place was packed and you have this problem people would probably go over to the competition down the street. Please have your staff look around and be more attentive to the customers they’re to busy chatting to each other and ignoring the customers. I observed this often with my last visit. Thank you !
The quality of the image remains superb, unlike the Embassy that nobody calibrates the image anymore, you can see a lot of chromatic aberration effect in the screens now, even though they upgraded this movie theater not that long ago. Cibolo is the best movie theater at the moment.

Clean movie theatre, I love the comfortable and clean reclining seats, the food and amenities. I like the fact that you can bring your food to the theatre room but do not get disturbed by constant passing employees serving other people, it is less distracting that way.
I like how the AVX screen is so huge and crystal clear image with great crisp sound.
I love using the Santikos app and having the convenience of selecting the seat I want. Great bowling alley and arcade machines, and I love the Popcorn and soda machines.

I brought my grandchildren to Santikos Cibolo and they had a great time bowling. The young man at the concession stand was very, very patient and helpful. His name was Peyton. He explained what was going to happen when my pizzas were ready and they were delicious. Great time had by all of us.
Oh, one issue was that we were there on Sunday and my daughter had called and they said it opened at 11 and it wasn't. Lots of others were waiting as well to get in. Perhaps you should advertise 11:30 as the opening time. Just a suggestion.

It is the best movie theater in the Austin/San Antonio corridor! I love the concession and bowling!

Very nice facility. Very open. Popcorn was great which is of high importance.
I prefer your theater over any other. However, you NEED to reduce the volume of the horrible music in your toilets. The volume is above 80 decibels. That's more than enough to cause hearing loss. Please, stop harming my ears.
