We love everything at Santikos Cibolo. We only go to Santikos Cibolo for our weekly movie. We are not a fan of EVO, or Santikos Creekside, or any other theater. Cibolo is the best. Except for 1 missing thing... You don't sell milkshakes. Sell some milkshakes, please.

Malia was just quick to get in touch with me about a bad experience I had with an unruly family ruining the first hour of The Batman due to constant phone use and the need to leave the theater twice to get it resolved. Malia was courteous, professional and empathetic to the situation.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Its Clean, seats are comfortable, screens are crisp and clear. Only disappointment was the popcorn was abnormally flavorless. Seemed like they were stingy with the Flavocol.

Ease of buying tickets in the app, though I resent paying extra for that. New popcorn system is nice as well.

I love that I don’t need to wait in line to get a refill of popcorn with the refill station. This really saves time so we don’t get to miss too much of movie action.
