Very friendly staff! Self-serve Popcorn and drinks which makes it easier for the customer. Comfortable seating and reserve tickets helps to make it a pleasant experience. Bathrooms are also kept very clean which is nice because sometimes customers can be messy and leave trash all over

Everyone is always nice
I prefer your theater over any other. However, you NEED to reduce the volume of the horrible music in your toilets. The volume is above 80 decibels. That's more than enough to cause hearing loss. Please, stop harming my ears.

I love santikos its the only theater I go to. It's always clean, food is fantastic, soda and slushee machines are always working, bathrooms are always top notch, just the overall experience is amazing and I love how santikos gives back to the community

No lines except for food
I love the comfort of the recliners inside the movie theatre. Please do fix the ticket kiosk only one was working. Someone needs to be on top of this. If the place was packed and you have this problem people would probably go over to the competition down the street. Please have your staff look around and be more attentive to the customers they’re to busy chatting to each other and ignoring the customers. I observed this often with my last visit. Thank you !
The quality of the image remains superb, unlike the Embassy that nobody calibrates the image anymore, you can see a lot of chromatic aberration effect in the screens now, even though they upgraded this movie theater not that long ago. Cibolo is the best movie theater at the moment.
