I ordered food and when I picked it up one of the plates which had the pizza order dropped on the floor and the clerk said she will clean it up and remake the pizza and fries. I got my food back within five minutes. I appreciate the great service that Santiko’s provides to clients. Keep it up! Thank you for serving our community.

We love this theater/entertainment venue. Right now it’s about a 40 minute drive, so we anxiously waiting for you to build on 281north of Bulverde road.

I had trouble at the ticket machine after having paid by credit card from home. I did not have the confirmation number ( trouble with my phone) and so I ad to ask t=for help at the desk. The young man who helped me ( Manager on duty? ) couldn't have been more pleasant. He was also patient with my additional questions. It could have been a training film for excellent customer service.

Quick and easy to use the app to get the tickets ahead of time. Delicious popcorn and margaritas. Staff was very nice.
