It’s clean and fun. My daughter loaded butter on her popcorn and butter started seeping through. I asked someone at the counter for help and without arguement or attitude he came back with a solution. He even said Happy Mother’s Day. When we went to our seats there was someone in our seats but when we told person they moved without a problem.
This is my favorite movie theater. The open walkways and seating exceed. my expectations. The ease of ordering tickets is so convenient, through the app.
No long lines on the concessions stand for when crowds are expected for sold out movies. Seating was comfortable and enjoyable.

The game room is huge compared to other Santikos. You’re able to redeem tickets for prizes. Virtual gaming and laser tag is an additional plus and a private party room available is great as well. The bowling lanes are set up nicely with space along with bar and seating areas to eat. I enjoy the space between theaters, game room, bowling and multiple restrooms available. The spacing in between seats in the theaters is a plus when you are reclined and someone is trying to walk by. The self service popcorn machine is awesome and perfect when you need a refill and you are able to fill butter and fill. The outside for live entertainment is a really nice concept and I enjoyed the entertainment and being able to sit outside and listen to music and have a drink from the bar.
We left be how far apart the seats are, we love how the seats recline, we love the food!
