I love how much muscle tone I've gained from yoga sculpt, it's one of the best exercise classes I've ever taken with excellent, upbeat music to keep me going. Ironically, my only complaint about the class is that I would prefer unheated so I could get an even BETTER work out, but that doesn't stop me from recommending it!
