I love everything about core power yoga Palo Alto. The one thing I would change if it could be changed would be more showers and changing rooms but since it is such a small space I know that can not be changed. That would be the only thing I would change

As a beginner yogi, I’m very happy with the coaching in class, and the teachers’ comfort with different levels of knowledge. I’m also very pleasantly surprised to notice an increase in energy after class. All good things!
I loved the atmosphere in the studio, the fact that you do not have to sign up ahead of time and I loved the intstructor Tulsi she was so wonderful and fun and motivating. The yoga sculpt workout was so challenging and made me feel amazing, will be coming back! Parking was pretty tough!
