You want to hear from me? I was thinking the same thing. It would be great to get a little more community details and events updates through a monthly email that I could opt into or out of as I wish. It seems like there is a lot going on, and I am missing it, because it is ad hoc, and not well communicated.
It’s too hot in the room and feels the air is not flowing, can we turn up the airflow of A/C?

I like how it makes me feel. The instructors are great and always encourage alternative poses to do what feels right for your body. It’s a very friendly and supportive place. I always feel welcomed.
Parking was easy. The studio was clean and spacious. They had a lot of lockers. The instructor was friendly.

I would recommend Core Power (San Mateo) location to anyone interested in the workouts they offer. My experience was a great one. After I am done with my 3 free class trial I would definitely buy a few classes. The instructor Jackie was easy to follow. I liked her class a lot. Great music. Good energy. A lot of variety overall. The studio was clean and super close to my home. I'm glad I signed up to experience Core Power. The workouts here will definitely help me with my fitness goals.
