Everyone at the studio that I have met thus far is very friendly. I have especially enjoyed taking Kelley B's Yoga Sculpt class. She makes it easy for anyone to participate regardless of your level of experience.

I attended the first class this Wednesday and it was really great - including all the exercise you need - stretch, weights and cardio. I recommended to my husband and persuaded him to join me for his first yoga experience ever. We signed up for a class on Thursday and we were very excited to attend the lesson, but unfortunately when we waited for a while and got there, we were told the class has been cancelled...It would be better to have a different teacher or even a video than being told last minute. But we will try again later this week.

I love CPY. The San Mateo studio is my dail treat to myself, a tranquil respite from a very busy life. The studio is clean and inviting. The teachers are amazing. And the classes are challenging but fun, a great workout. Highly recommend. Come join the flow!

It’s super clean, always running on time, beautiful and very responsive. (Brianna is the best at answering all the emails) I love the teachers there. They have amazing teachers that has a multilevel practice and it’s amazing.

The Redwood City studio is gorgeous! I liked the infrared panels and how they kept consistent heat throughout the class. I took a class with Theresa and she was great! She explained everything well and provided plenty of options for everyone in the class.
