I like the benefits of yoga and heat. I like the teachers. Very encouraging and kind. RWC is a beautiful studio. I would like to request more weekday 4:15 Core 2 classes. I go to Palo Alto for 4:15 class, but RWC would be even better.
Hope you get some more great teachers soon. It seems like some classes are being canceled and I suspect it may me that there aren’t teachers available.

I love the people and the pace of the classes. Jackie is amazing as manager (I think she is manager now!) and some of the teachers have become my friends. I always feel like I get a good workout, and like my body has done something good with an hour. Great music, great environment, great people :)

Jake is one of the best instructors at CorePower. I’ve taken classes all over the Bay Area and Los Angeles and Jake is top tier.
Browyen is another amazing instructor. Her class always pushes me to be better.

I love CPY. The San Mateo studio is my dail treat to myself, a tranquil respite from a very busy life. The studio is clean and inviting. The teachers are amazing. And the classes are challenging but fun, a great workout. Highly recommend. Come join the flow!
