I feel like could keep giving Freewheel Bike Eagan 5 star reviews every month! I bought my first gravel bike this year at their store and have received so much support through the summer as I've gotten used to riding. I've probably interacted with 5-6 employees (Blake, Tyson, Thomas, etc) and they're always extremely helpful and patience, and I leave the store learning more about riding and my bike than when I came in. The bike shop/maintenance part of the shop is also top notch. I'm already looking at purchasing my next bike (full suspension) to open up some more trails and know where to come!

Quick and friendly service at a fair price.

Freewood Freewheel has always had excellent mechanics. I bought a bike there over the phone and it was supposed to be delivered the next day to my house. That never happened. I had to go and pick it up and ride it home about 8 miles. Somehow they screwed up on the delivery, but I still love Freewheel, my favorite person is Marcy. I don’t know if she’s retired yet but when she does, you will truly miss a serious professional.

I have brought my Domane to Freewheel for service and parts exclusively since I purchased the bike. I have always been very satisfied with their service, they take great care of my bike and get me back on the road in short order. Would recommend checking them out.

Solid turn around time

Tyson is amazing. I learned more in 20 minutes of talking to him than I have in 20 years of biking. He was super helpful and a wealth of information. He is a big reason why I decided to stop looking and buy the bike I wanted.

Experience buying the bike was great. Was sad to see a scratch on it upon delivery. It took me a week to look at it and ride it because I was sick. Finally got to it today and see a scratch probably from where is was locked up in the van. Oh well. Thought you’d like to know.

Guys did a great job on my bike. It's back up and running like new!! Also did a great job of keeping me up to date on the work and time line that it would be complete.

I went online to purchase a helmet and had difficulty with the "checkout" process. I kept getting an error message.
I called and was instructed to use the chat for assistance. WOW! What AMAZING customer service. Allison CB not only helped me complete the order but actually called the store that had it in stock to be sure it was still available. After that she sent me a note to confirm that the helmet was available.
I am eagerly waiting its arrival, but wanted to reach out and offer my thanks to Allison. She has earned her angel wings on this transaction. Y'all are amazing!
