Coming from out of town they were able to get my bike in quickly for the 100 mile check up.

I brought in an older bike needing a tune-up and some TLC. The technician seemed excited to work on my bike and was friendly and helpful in checking the bike in. Freewheel quoted 1 week and delivered on the promised date. The same technician checked me out with a smile.

I appreciated that your mechanics accommodated my request to have my bike repair completed sooner than originally planned. I was invited to go biking and asked they complete it the same day, and they attached a rear view mirror to the handlebar and had it ready within a couple hours, and they did an excellent job.

Good brands, quality products

I like the service from the workers in the Eagan location. I work mostly with a younger guy (tattoos on his arms, can't recall his name *shamefully*), and he is great. Also spent some time this last visit with the guy with dreadlocks- again, great service and very helpful.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and was just a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for help with their purchase.
