I worked with both Blake and Tyson in looking for a new bike (my first!). Incredible combination of bike knowledge and customer service. As a newbie, they were both very patience in answering my many basic bike questions, setting me up for a couple test rides on different bikes, and ultimately helping me feel confident that I was making the right investment for what I was after. I was afraid that as a newbie I would feel out of place in looking for a bike in a bike shop, but they made me feel right at home and that this was just the beginning of my biking journey. I also felt very supported in knowing that I can bring the bike back for maintenance and if there are any issues. Freewheel Bike in Eagan is an incredible resource and I look forward to buying additional bikes in the future for family members, and probably for me as well!

From the moment I walked in to Freewheel in Eagan, I was greeted with friendly, professional service. I bought a bike 4 years ago, second hand, and have never ridden it so this spring was time to have a thorough tune-up. Wow! I talked with Jason who is SO knowledgeable and it was great to learn more about my bike!
