The friendly atmosphere, that makes the place inviting. It is possible to visit and make friends. It is important for seniors living alone. Just doing exercise is not enough for seniors, as in other gyms.

We like working out with primarily adults. My wife particularly enjoys all of the Acive Older Adults exercise classes and we both enjoy the weight room.
We love young people, particularly teenagers, but there are many people our age working out at the Y and it’s a very comfortable environment.
The programs and activities you offer are helpful and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive.

We love the turkey dash every Thanksgiving. We do not participate in any classes but do use both YMCAs regularly. We average 4 to 5 times a week. We love the layout of the Main Street Y but still go to Monty Ballard occasionally. Keep up the good work! It makes us feel good to see so many activities and programs offered to every age group.

I really enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes. You have a great variety of classes from which to pick depending on your fitness.
