All the group exercise teachers are enthusiastic and informative. It's fun to go and get in and out. My kids are older so I no longer use most of the youth programs.
I look forward each week to Pilates with Kirie and Leslie and also Barre with Kenyatta. Each instructor is wonderful and provide great classes! Thank you to each!!!
As a senior with some medical issues, I can do my own thing on exercise equipment or take classes like I have done for over 10 years ay the Y. Fits me and my free time perfectly.
The variety. I have unfortunatly been sidelined a few times in the last year or two by surgeries and I really appreciate that when I feel ready to return there are lots of options for those of us who can't go hard and fast - the pool, silver sneakers and the cardio room.

I absolutely love this gym! Everything about it is great , facilities, equipment and the trainers are amazing.
The only suggestion I would make is for the more popular classes: it might be a good idea to implement a reservation system, just to make sure everyone can get a spot. Other than that , it is perfect!!

Very friendly staff, close to home, and reasonably priced. We have been members from 20+ years.
I enjoy the variety and selection of all the classes. I also have started playing pickleball. The members are helpful and courteous.
