I love the Y for more than 12 years. Great classes with enough choices from low to high intensity levels. Very knowledgeable, motivational and friendly instructors. Supporting staff the same. Enough great classes for the not so young. And of course the lovely community they offer. And I think for what I get for my membership, the price is more than reasonable. And for those who struggle financially, the Y has options. Another reason why I love it so much.
I like the way you maintain the exercise room. Especially with your recent total renovation.
The one thing that I miss the most is the ability to have a cup of coffee after I exercise
It was a good time too have a social event with a fellow participant. You need to consider bringing the coffee back. Also, you used to have the senior newsletter every month available and that’s been missing for quite some time. That’s a very good newsletter and I’d like to see you bring it back to the YMCA.

Vamos 3 o 4 veces por semana con mi esposa. Encontramos en Body Pump la clase indicada para nosotros. Tambien hacemos Core, que es excelente para los que estamos llegando a los 50. La infraestructura y la limpieza son excelentes.

The spaces are always kept clean, the trainers are always willing to help or give answers, and the front desk staff are always welcoming.

You need to improve seriously the air condition on the second floor in cunning room, we are mostly seniors and the hit is so high some times it feels like w are fainting gasping for air, and those classes are early morning
Fantastic variety and frequency of group exercise classes, hours of operation,family vibe,great staff and equipment.
I enjoy several of the instructors. I like to be able to cycle to the on demand Les Mills.
Reasonable cost. Lots of classes. Good selection of cardio equipment.
This gym is easiest the best value in Katy. My only wish would be to find a way to have a Sauna for the guests.

As an older woman, I feel comfortable using the equipment as I see other older people doing the same. I like being in a place with people of all ages, including the very youngest. I especially like your permanent staff, from the front desk to trainers and lead supervisors. You have done a good job of finding friendly helpful staf, again of a wide range of ages.
There is something for enough matter your age or ability. They have great equipment (brand new) and state of the art. Great instructors and trainers.
I enjoy very much the forever well program and all activities related to it. Staff and instructors are very friendly and welcoming.
The variety of the programs that are offered. There is something for everyone!
I appreciate & enjoy access to the comprehensive wellness facilities (gyms, pools, and group fitness classes). They have different classes and times that if I miss a class I can go to another type of fitness class that fits me on the same day.

2. Seated back pull - 1 more machine (there used to be 2 now only one)
