Great Tae Kwon Do classes with Master Adrian Alonzo. My son likes coming to his classes and he is been learning a lot. Everybody has been very nice to us.

I am happy on the service I get
They are terrific for kids who want to try a new sport or who want to just go out and have fun. They are close and reasonably priced. I dont' like that we've never had the same coach twice (even when we've asked) but it does give us a new group of "friends" to make every season.
I like that there are plenty of squat racks.
Staff, activities, schedule
There are lots of different classes offered at different times, multiple classes at the same time ( just in case I don’t like one of them ) great instructors.
Good quality equipment that is well maintained, clean facility, safe environment and friendly, helpful staff.
I love this location. I love that there is something for everyone in my family.

The variety of classes is incredible, and the instructors are good, positive and motivational.
Love having the Bible in the hallway. Wish it was closer to door. Wish we could hear Christian music in the main exercise room.
Enjoy attending the classes because of the very knowledgeable teachers. They always seem to know what exercises to do for ALL parts of our "senior" bodies!
I love body pump at the Y. The instructors are great and my favorite is Jill G. Everyone who works at the Y are friendly. I've made friends with other members and you can never have roo many friends. It's a very nice atmosphere.

I like the core class but it is toooo crowded in the little room with the weights. The class would be filled in the gym but less ppl come cuz it’s hazardous n crowded now. Can we please move back?
