I like the fact that they are a good value for the money, the instructors are well trained on the LES MILLS classes, there are flexible hours and specially the fact the YMCA is open from 05am until 10:00 pm in the night which makes it very attractive for people who normally work late or very early and would not have time to exercise otherwise.
They are fun, no-risk, and enjoyable.
Nice but our team was not adequately filled, only about 6 players per game.
Many times children were exhausted, having to play the whole or majority of the game.
I love the instructors that lead the exercise classes I attend. They are ALL so knowledgeable and make great effort in monitoring your form throughout the session so to help you go at your pace and prevent injury. The staff who check your ID always greet you with a smile and cheerful hello calling you by your name. The building is always clean, the equipment is well maintained and temperature of building is comfortable.
There is always activities posted throughout the year for members to become involved in and with community. I really believe you get above and beyond for your monthly membership.
Water exercise classes are great. Teachers friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly. Maintenance staff friendly and competent. Clientele diverse and friendly. A great way to start your day.
