What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The friendly atmosphere, that makes the place inviting. It is possible to visit and make friends. It is important for seniors living alone. Just doing exercise is not enough for seniors, as in other gyms.

Great range of fitness classes, excellent facilities, good swimming classes for my kids, and a reasonable price.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My wife and I love the Group Exercise classes. I work out on the weight machines and stationary bikes. This facility is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We like working out with primarily adults. My wife particularly enjoys all of the Acive Older Adults exercise classes and we both enjoy the weight room.

We love young people, particularly teenagers, but there are many people our age working out at the Y and it’s a very comfortable environment.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We love the turkey dash every Thanksgiving. We do not participate in any classes but do use both YMCAs regularly. We average 4 to 5 times a week. We love the layout of the Main Street Y but still go to Monty Ballard occasionally. Keep up the good work! It makes us feel good to see so many activities and programs offered to every age group.

It's very organized, a lot of available sports and practice time options. Above all that I like that my kids are part of a Christian organization, where they get to pray before starting their game.
