I like the teachers, especially Lori Joiner. I like the combat class. I like Jill’s body attack. I like the age range—lots of older people who like to exercise. And the staff and people are very friendly. Lots of people!! A good place to be. ❤️

this GM has the best group classes. to be honest I do not like the facility for the price I pay but it is almost walking distance from my house and like I said the group class instructors are exceptionally amazing than any of the fancy GM i had attended in the past. The facility needs some updating like more room to stretch and do some Ab work out. The employees are great people in solving any issue with the membership no headache. I wish it was a bit roomy.
Spin classes - 5:15 Tues/Thursday and Saturday at 8 am

The variety of classes available in addition to working out with the exercise machines is awesome. The cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff are also impressive and important.
