What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Not involved in programs or group activities, I primarily use free weights and machines. I don’t use a trainer. I plan my own workouts and work at my own pace.

We love the Y's family atmosphere. We use the wellness center and group classes which are amazing!

I like the AOA group exercise because it’s just the right amount of aerobic activity and strength and stretching exercise.
