Your service tech Travis’ customer service is amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure this family traveling through to Myrtle Beach, was able to get there to visit our Coast Guardsman for Thanksgiving. The alternator went out, plus there were no local rentals vehicles available during the week prior to Thanksgiving. It looked pretty bleak, like we were going to be stuck in a hotel for the holiday. However, Travis helped us to get a rental so we could spend Thanksgiving with our Coastie and family, and the Don Franklin Ford service techs got it fixed by the time we returned. My favorite service is your employees customer service!!! I’ll be back to this dealership for my next Ford. Thanks to all for your making this happen!

We had a serpentine belt shred while we were traveling through the area. The service department was very friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in about an hour and a half. They really went above and beyond to help us out in an emergency situation.

I’ve purchased 5 vehicles over the years and I appreciate the extra effort for the staff but also the special discounts for military. They truly try to find every customer a vehicle. Our salesman Brandon was very knowledgeable of Kia dealership and answered our questions promptly. He was the perfect balance, knowledgeable but not over bearing or pushy.
