I love how I’m treated like a person. I love how most of the staff knows me by name. I love how excited the bike guys get talking about my latest toys that I want, or that I got. I love how wild rock treats their customers in general. I have been extremely comfortable spending my money with wild rock and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
The staff was very helpful and a wide selection of Yeti's and Kayaks, the items we came in to shop for.

The customer service I had on both visits I had deciding on what boots to buy was exemplary. The price was also the same as ordering online, but with the service I had I would've been happy to pay a bit more to support them. Keep this level of customer service and I will keep coming back as well as recommend this place to all my friends.
The staff was outstanding, each and everyone of them...even those who were not helping, always had a smile and willingness to help if needed to. Our daughter who's starting in LCS in the fall and needed a LOT of outdoor clothing and equipment which can feel overwhelming, but everyone at Wild Rock went above and beyond.

I like that the staff is familiar with the products, their specific benefits and uses, so as to give me the best product for what I am looking for. I like the products , I have purchased many different products, different names and have been happy with the quality of the products I have bought , ranging from: winter parkas to spring rain and fall wind jackets, winter boots to summer shoes and sandals, as well winter sweaters to summer light sweaters, casual pants, shorts, blouses and casual shirts, sunglasses, hats and mitts, socks. I am happy with the quality, warmth or dryness of all the products I have purchased. The service is always provided with a smile and knowledge.
