I think that the staff is extremely kind and helpful, everyone is always positive and willing to help. I am very grateful for my yoga classes I take, and I enjoy being able to reserve a swim lane. I like the open gym and that I can go to any Y in the area. I like that the hours are open so I can come morning or night durning the week, and I enjoy that it’s open Sunday before and after church. Most of all, the staff are the best, always making sure classes are vigorous and always so very kind
group instructors are always make you feel welcome and are there to help and instruct you on proper ways to exercise, especially Jill, Rita and Denise.
The Oldham YMCA has such a friendly and welcoming group of people.
The pool and the friendly people
We love the Y, I just wanted to leave a suggestion here! There is no where for an outdoor run from the facility (trails are not the same). What do you think about a paved, winding sidewalk around the perimeter? Not necessarily a track, but a sidewalk that is .5 or 1 mi around would be great!
