From Jan to now Nov I have lost over 65 lbs. I overcame my fear of coming to the gym. I want to thank Steve for convincing me to come in. And Ann for her encouraging words, she will be missed. I just love the atmosphere and have overcome a lot of anxiety and built confidence. So thank you to all the employees. Just a well kept facility

The people at the Oldham County Y are fabulous. Happy faces, a joyful hello. My favorite activities are water aerobics (we definitely have the best classes and teachers of all the Ys) and Cybex machines. Thanks for all you do!
