The water exercise classes
I like organized fitness classes and water aerobics. I feel much better when I participate in these classes almost every weekday. And I feel welcome at the Oldham County Family Y where I've made many friends over the years.
Great facility and the employees make it even better. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, they get to know you and your family by name. Feels like a huge lodge when you first walk-in, not your typical Y.
