I like the classes as I do better to stay faithful to a group rather than to myself. The swim classes are good, and chair yoga is too. Terry Huckvale is a great instructor.

Instructors
Oldham county YMCA is very well maintained and managed. The pool is clean, and the lifeguards are professional. The locker room is roomy and tidy.
The classes for seniors which promote strength and agility are great. I also like the friendliness of the staff and enjoy time with the friends I've made there over the years.

Friendliness and respect from staff. Cleanliness. Good equipment that is clean and working. Anddddd being retired i can go earlier in day when it's not sob busy.

The YMCA is a safe place to develop & maintain healthy habits as well as meet like-minded people. The atmosphere is very friendly. I can exercise there regardless of the weather (with a few exceptions) or amount of daylight.
