Great place, but the new swim reservation system is confusing and unnecessary.
Not to mention it’s been changed twice in a month. It’s a case of management,
who sits in an office thinking they know what is best without knowing really what is going on in the pool. Check with your constituents.
The people are warm, professional and competent. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Am concerned about the new guidelines on obtaining a reservation for times and lanes for swimming. You have my email address for this poll but got no advance notification on changes to policy or a discussion about why it was changed. The previous policy seemed to be working well but would be receptive to a reasonable reason it was changed
It looks brand new - clean, well organized, pleasant and helpful staff, most any option for exercise.

... welcoming staff and sense of community among members. However, regarding swim reservations, the recent Skedda changes make little sense and my sentiments are shared with other swimmers with whom I've spoken. If you have made a "time" reservation and lanes are full when you arrive, no process exists for determining who is swimming without a reservation unless each swimmer is interrupted and asked for "time" confirmation vs. knowing what "spot (the one you reserved)" is being used without a reservation. I also utilize the YMCA West in Traverse City, Michigan where I often vacation, and their pool policy is first-come-first-serve as they have no reservation system (which is something I miss when there). Essentially, this new Skedda policy is just that which makes making any sort of reservation pointless unless "time" v. "spot" can somehow be enforced without disrupting all the swimmers. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
My kids enjoy playing basketball while I get my work out in! It’s a win win for everybody!

The programs that are available to members.
Some of the programs are not suitable for me because of my disabilities but I wish that training would be available for me to learn to adapt to the way’s that I could be taught to do the movements.
Love the classes and instructors
