The water exercise classes
I like organized fitness classes and water aerobics. I feel much better when I participate in these classes almost every weekday. And I feel welcome at the Oldham County Family Y where I've made many friends over the years.
Great facility and the employees make it even better. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, they get to know you and your family by name. Feels like a huge lodge when you first walk-in, not your typical Y.

From Jan to now Nov I have lost over 65 lbs. I overcame my fear of coming to the gym. I want to thank Steve for convincing me to come in. And Ann for her encouraging words, she will be missed. I just love the atmosphere and have overcome a lot of anxiety and built confidence. So thank you to all the employees. Just a well kept facility
