Steam room. Equipment
My favorite thing about the YMCA are the group fitness classes - specifically Whitney Stiles 6am Body Pump classes on Tues/Thurs and Dale Harris' 6 am cycling classes on Mon/Wed and his PowerFusion class on Fri at 6am.
Those two instructors are so awesome at what they do and continuously build community with new members and the ones who are regulars.
I appreciate their instruction, motivation and enthusiasm every time they teach.
They are so awesome, and they are each a big reason why I've created a habit of waking up early to exercise before work Monday - Friday for since March 2024.

I love the Water Pilates teachers and classes that they offer in the warm water pool. I also love to use of the womens sauna and steam rooms.
It's bright and modern and has a great aquatic facility.

The warm water therapy pool. I just wish it could open an hour earlier on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Always a clean facility, everyone working is very friendly and helpful. The inside walking track is a great feature and one reason I like the New Albany the best.
