My husband and I really enjoy our membership at Floyd County YMCA.. Friendly staff, clean facilities and super great equipment. Especially enjoy the lap pool! We encourage all to become members.

The facility is always very clean. When you go to this YMCA compared to other ones you see how new and updated everything is inside. The employees are friendly and helpful. This has to be one of the nicest buildings.
I enjoy everything, at the moment I am taking water classes three days a week. Jill, s, Jill really makes us work hard, when I get home after her classes I am very tired & take a long nap.
I also take line dance with Caron Two days a week which I enjoy very much. Everyone is so friendly & helpful (the staffers) It's my second home. Cathy

I love the steam room and the pool. I recently started swimming last year after I injured my ankle and having access to a pool was great. Now I am able to combine my running and other workouts along with swimming.

Whitney and Dale instructors ... they both take time to answer ?? ... Encourage Y member so they have confidence to improve..., There hearts our into instructing.... make it fun... they spread the sunshine ...The 3 people make the YMCA.... not the building....
Love the facility, always is clean and taken care of. The staff is always courteous and so friendly. Until it's closing time then they rush us out lol. But who really likes to be stuck at work longer than we have to am I right? Equipment is up to date and repaired in a timely fashion. My kids and I love the place and frequently visit. My girlfriend says a dog center would be a great addition but she works at an animal hospital. Take it with a grain of salt. Keep up the great work. We all appreciate you.
My favorite thing at the Y is the water classes because I do not get around the way I use to and I really need the water!

Didn't get a chance to explore the whole facility, but my kids loved the pool. This Y has their favorite water slide!
Indoor walking track and help with using the equipment when you first join
Leslie the pool instructor on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm is AMAZING. She is the reason I come here. I have to drive 30 minutes and I pass like three other YMCAs to come to this one. The warm pool is amazing too.
I would say the men’s pool locker room could use some cleaning. Other than that I’m pleased with the facility and staff.
