Friendly employees
I love the Y. People, employees and members alike, are all so friendly. It feels like a family atmosphere in Julie Latimer's Silver Sneakers class. Julie is so personable. We laugh a lot!!
I wish I had joined sooner. I've been going to the class a little over a year. I joined as a result of some injury caused by falling. During my physical therapy, I decided to start at the Y. I am so glad I did. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to exercise with other people.
I love the therapy pool. I've been absent due to health issues, but plan to return soon.

Warm water pool.
My husband and I exercise most every day. We go to both the Clark and Floyd YMCA and have been members for many years. We love the community of friends we have met there and healthy atmosphere. I highly recommend trying all of their exercise classes, so rewarding!!

There is a good selection of classes. The hours are convenient. The facility is quite well cared for.
I love the water there. It helped my mind, body, and soul and got me through winter! The extended hours for water are great! I will be back in the fall!
