Plethora of work out equipment along with a staff that nearly always is in an upbeat and helpful mood. The ever popular pickleball is available on certain days along with basketball. Difficult to name equipment they DON’T have. Enjoyable atmosphere for the entire family or those who’re already enjoying their retirement years!🙏🏻

Classes/ meeting other people
Great friendly staff. They have a variety of machines to work out with. Nice track to walk. Good classes. It has a lot of programs to take advantage of for teens, summer camps for kids, senior outings, personal trainers if you want to hire one.
Clean and friendly
Was very fine. Just didn’t have the time to get there.
I love the classes. They are motivating and the fitness instructors are great. I also filled out comment cards for suggestions and someone called me to followed up on them! Plus, they are taking action on the suggestions. It’s awesome to have a place that cares about feedback and does so through its actions not just lip service!

The location is perfect for me. The complex is very clean and the staff, for the most part, are all friendly.
I like the variety of classes.
I have been coming regularly for over 2 years. This is my ‘happy place’. I love working out, taking classes and having a safe place to meet new people and make new friends. I would highly recommend the Floyd County YMCA as there is something for just about everyone.
